The Publisher

White Knights Publishing is a new company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Directors are chef, food writer, food stylist and photographer Genevieve Knights and husband Wayne, who is a web and graphic designer.

scones is the first cook book in a baking series, with the second book pavlova already well into development.

Our goal is to produce high quality publications at competitive retail prices by utilising our combined skills of food styling, photography and design.
