Simply titled “scones”, this baking book transforms the traditional scone into 50 modern mouth-watering scone recipes, each with its own introduction and full colour photograph.

scones also includes chapters on the history of scones and scone secrets (to get the best results) and includes a conversion chart for international home bakers.
